The heat wave that previously hit other parts of Europe is now sweeping across Sweden. SMHI has issued a so-called orange warning for extremely high temperatures of around 35 degrees in Northeast Götaland and southern Svealand during Wednesday and Thursday. The heat can have a great or very big impact on the body.
TV4 Nyheter’s meteorologist Lasse Rydqvist says that this is the most serious warning class for high temperatures we have in Sweden.
– You should make sure to stay away from the sun, turn on air-conditioning, drink plenty of water and take a bath, says Lasse Rydqvist.
