The woman had worked in accounting in the man’s company which later went bankrupt. The man believed that she owed him money and had previously threatened her by sending messages with pictures of a member of the motorcycle club Bandidos.
In the end, he decided to take her dog to get her attention.
– It’s the only way to get her soft, it’s the dog. The only thing she cares about. I have been trying to call her for several years but she has not wanted to talk about it. From the beginning, I sent text messages, which she then stopped replying to. She stopped answering everything, the man has told in police interrogation.
Always been controlling
The woman says that the man has always been controlling against her and that at the time when the company was to be declared bankrupt, she had claims against the company. When the man began to empty his accounts, she took matters into her own hands and transferred what she considered him guilty of.
Finally, the woman sent her mother with the money to get her dog back. During questioning, she says that she would not get the dog back otherwise. She could have waited for the police’s help to avoid giving him the money, but chose to do so anyway in the hope of ending the threat and making him calm down.
The man is now being prosecuted for unlawful coercion.
