In the Covid-19 outbreak, the number of cases has risen again in many countries. In his statement, Iranian Health Minister Bahram Einullahi stated that the 7th wave started in the Covid-19 epidemic in Iran, and called on the public to be vaccinated and to wear masks in crowded closed spaces.
LARGE INCREASE IN CASE NUMBER
In the statement made by the Iranian Ministry of Health, it was stated that 5,751 new cases were detected in the country in the last 24 hours, and 13 people died from the virus. The ministry stated that 516 of the new cases were in critical condition and 656 of them were hospitalized.
While Covid-19 has been detected in 7 million 278 thousand 478 people since the start of the Covid-19 epidemic in Iran, 141 thousand 499 people died due to the virus.
MASK REQUIREMENT IS BACK IN GERMANY
German Minister of Justice Marco Buschmann stated that new measures will be taken across the country to prevent the spread of Covid-19, and announced that the mask requirement will be brought back in the autumn. Buschmann stated that the autumn and winter months should be taken seriously and that the new measures and restrictions to be taken will be completed by the end of July.
Minister Buschmann said that they are working to reinstate the mask requirement for public transportation in closed public spaces, and said, “The effectiveness of masks for those inside is indisputable. We are currently working on the mask requirement in public transportation.”
The minister stated that there will be no return to quarantine and school closures or curfews. (UAV)
