After the restrictions were released, Lina Tranqvist sees that the demand for dog care has become great, so she came up with the idea of having a dog daycare at home as a company during the summer with the help of UngDrive.
– Staffan Taylor who is in the organization itself came to our school at Linåker and told me about what UngDrive was and I thought it sounded very interesting so I applied immediately, says Lina Tranqvist.
Young people get to learn about marketing and accounting
The UngDrive concept attracts young people from Skåne’s municipalities and this year thirteen young people from Svalöv municipality participate. It is for three weeks that the young people get to work with their business idea and get help with how accounting and invoicing work. As well as marketing and budget.
Lina Tranqvist chose to have a dog daycare at home to learn more about the animals and be able to spend time with them, she is looking for dogs to take care of through social media.
– I want to test how it feels to run a business, feel how it is and maybe develop myself with it. My goal is not to make money but I want to get to know different dogs, learn more about them because it is always fun to be able to learn something new, says Lina Tranqvist.
