Former Guinean Prime Minister Ibrahima Kassory Fofanaas well as three former members of the last government of Alpha Condé (Dr Mohamed Diané, Zakaria Koulibaly and Oyé Guilavogui), were charged and placed under arrest warrant at the central house of Conakry at the beginning of April 2022. They are prosecuted for facts alleged illicit enrichment and embezzlement of public funds.
