The police have not yet arrested anyone for the shooting in a parking lot in Hovsjö, Södertälje.
It was at midnight on Saturday night that the police received an alarm that several shots had been fired. An 18-year-old man with gunshot wounds was found at the scene. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries. However, the situation is said to be stable.
The incident is classified as attempted murder and the police are working to interrogate witnesses and go through surveillance videos.
