Mexican authorities now confirm that the infamous Rafael Caro Quintero has been arrested in Mexico. He has been called the “drug king of the drug lords” and is one of the founders of the Guadalajara cartel, which later developed into the Sinaloa cartel.
The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration had issued a $ 20 million reward for tips that could lead to Quintero’s arrest.
