Six people have died after a sandstorm swept across a highway in Montana, USA.
The storm caused a mass crash in which a total of 21 vehicles are said to have been involved. Many people are also said to have been injured, but how many are still unclear.
– It seems as if the strong winds caused a sandstorm with zero visibility, says Jay Nelson at Montana’s traffic police.
The accidental sandstorm was caused by a persistent storm in large parts of Montana with strong thunderstorms and winds of up to 120 kilometers per hour.
