The infamous Mexican drug lord Rafael Caro Quintero, who is on the FBI’s top ten list of the most wanted criminals, has been arrested in Mexico, according to a source in the Mexican navy.
He is accused by the United States of kidnapping, torturing and murdering Special Agent Enrique Camarena, at the US Drug Enforcement Administration in 1985.
Caro Quintero was sentenced to 40 years in prison in Mexico, but was released in 2013 after 28 years due to a legal technicality.
