SHL club’s dream message – now breaks the silence after the star Swede broke with the KHL team: ‘Is interesting’

Last minute The world stood up after Putins decision in

Örebro has stated that they are interested in Tim Heed.
Now he has broken the contract in the KHL.
– Swedish slopes are absolutely interesting, says general manager Stefan Bengtzén to Hockeypuls.

Tim Heed is the latest Swede to break his contract in the KHL. Since the war broke out in Ukraine, many Swedes have left the KHL to play in other leagues – and the SHL has received many stars, which the clubs might not have counted on just six months ago.

Broken the contract

Just over a month ago, Nerikes Allehanda came with information that Örebro had its eyes open for the Swedish star Tim Heed, who had a contract with Spartak Moscow. On Wednesday, the news came that Heed has finally managed to break free from his contract, and that he is now free to negotiate with other clubs.

So how does Örebro react to a potential signing of Heed? Örebro has been open about being on a hill hunt, where they are above all looking for a real edge and quality. Heed, who broke through in Skellefteå just over seven years ago, fits into the profile to say the least.

“Absolutely interesting”

Örebro does not want to comment on individual players, but general manager Stefan Bengtzén does not deny that types like Heed are interesting.

– I do not comment on names. You know I’m very boring there. But we have said before that Swedish slopes are absolutely interesting. Then we do not know if it will end, but many Swedish slopes probably want many, says Bengtzén to Hockeypuls.

Tim Heed left Skellefteå in 2016 for games in the San Jose Sharks, where he remained for four seasons. There were a total of 105 games in the NHL, before the move went to Switzerland, and then it was a season in Spartak Moscow.
