(Finance) – Generali Insurance after the takeover bid it exceeded the threshold of 95% of the capital of Catholicthus holding 95.112%.
This was announced by the insurance company in a press release, underlining that as already indicated in the information document of the transaction, Generali will now exercise the right to purchase the shares still outstanding at € 6.75 for each ordinary share of Cattolica.
The period for submitting sales requests will end on 29 July, unless extended, and the consideration will be paid to those participating in the procedure on 5 August.
