The Swedish Public Employment Service will reopen more local offices in the country as soon as possible. 160,000 people have now been unemployed for over a year in Sweden. However, the Swedish Public Employment Service has closed more than 100 offices in recent years, and the moderates are now calling the government’s government of the Swedish Public Employment Service a chaos reform.
The government still has no answer as to how many offices they want to open, but if one is to believe the government’s announcement today, several will open the gates for jobseekers soon.
– It is about starting this work here and now, says Minister of Labor Eva Nordmark (S).
