Today, the price of electricity broke new records in Sweden as a result of concerns that Russia will stop supplying gas to Germany.
The electricity market has fluctuated sharply recently and now experts expect that the winter will give record high electricity prices.
– We are infected by the increased price level at the moment, says Henrik Almström, chief analyst at Modity.
Prices are expected to be twice as high this winter as last winter’s high record quotes, according to experts.
