Sagnan comes from the youth academy of RC Lens, where he also makes his senior football debut. The defender is bought by Real Sociedad in 2019 and has since not only played for the Basques themselves, but also makes playing minutes on a rental basis with his former club RC Lens, the Spanish CD Mirandés and the Portuguese CD Tondela. In the shirt of CD Tondela, Sagnan played 27 matches in the highest division last season.
