(Finance) – As part of thetakeover and exchange public offer (OPAS) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Evergreen on the actions of Coima Res, a real estate company listed on Euronext Milan, it appears that today, 6 July 2022, 229,037 applications for membership were submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for subscriptions amount to 16,299,032, equal to 45.14% of the offer.
The offer began on June 27, 2022 and will end on July 22, 2022.
Italian Stock Exchange reminds that the ordinary shares of Coima Res purchased on the market on 21 and 22 July 2022 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
