Lopik – De Benschopper Henk Elings received a bronze medal from Mayor Laurens de Graaf van Lopik yesterday. He received a certificate on behalf of the Royal Society for the Rescue of Drunks. The man rescued two children, aged 2 and 4, from the water on August 21, 2020.
