(Finance) – As part of the public purchase and exchange offer (OPAS) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Evergreen on the shares of Coima Res, a real estate company listed on Euronext Milan, it appears that today, 4 July 2022, 801,252 applications for membership were submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for adhesions amount to 15,995,259, equal to 44.3% of the offer.
The offer began on June 27, 2022 and will end on July 22, 2022. Borsa Italiana reminds you that the ordinary shares of Coima Res purchased on the market on 21 and 22 July 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
