A motorcyclist died following a crash in Norwich Township on Sunday afternoon.
Ontario Provincial Police, Norwich Fire and Oxford County Paramedic Services responded to a collision on Gunshill Road at about 1:30 pm
Oxford County OPP say a motorcycle traveling northbound and a southbound pickup truck collided head-on.
The motorcyclist was ejected and suffered life-threatening injuries. The person was taken to an area hospital where they were pronounced deceased. The person’s name was not released.
The pickup driver was taken to local hospital for treatment of minor injuries, said police.
The collision is under investigation by the OPP West Region Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team.
