A bus carrying more than 30 passengers from Shirani district of Pakistan’s Balochistan province to the city of Ketta flew to the valley. Authorities stated that police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. It was learned that 19 people lost their lives and 12 people were injured in the incident, and that the injured were transferred to the nearest hospital.
“HE SPEED, LOSE CONTROL”
Hafız Qasim Kakar, a regional police officer, said that the bus lost control on the winding road and rolled into the valley due to the driver’s speeding.
Balochistan Provincial Prime Minister Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo expressed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the incident. (UAV)
