Right now there is a high load on the emergency number 112 – which makes the response times longer. Sara Hummerdahl, press officer at SOS Alarm says:
– It is a strained situation at SOS Alarm.
Approximately every third call made does not belong to 112, and of the 3.4 million calls made last year, 650,000 were pocket calls.
