For the second year in a row, Anette Brunstrøm Nilsson’s apartment in Kävlinge has been invaded by the insect Trips. It is a type of insect that can be classified as a plant pest as it can attack crops.
In Anette’s case, the insects have crept into the family’s curtains and paintings, which now forces her to keep doors and windows closed in the summer heat.
– I saw the insects in the children’s face and hair. It is uncomfortable to wear insects, she says.
