The improbable meeting in France of the 1920s, of a grumpy cop, a young aristocrat… and a big red ball! Here are the ingredients of Eric Stalner’s new comic.
They are called Bertille and Bertille. For one, a grumpy cop with a mustache, that’s his name, we say “Commissaire Bertille”. For the other, a beauty from France in the 1920s, young, intrepid and elegant aristocrat, that’s her first name.
In other words, two characters who had nothing to meet, and who will nevertheless try to overcome a headache for the government: to get rid of an enormous red ball coming from who knows where and growing, grows and grows again, to the chagrin of the prefect and the Prime Minister.
Add some fine displacements and chiseled dialogues, and this strange cocktail will give you the new comic book signed Eric Stalner.
