The alderman says this in response to questions from GroenLinks councilor Maartje Vermeulen. She says she has received signals that one specific school has pressured parents. “We recently received a letter from parents who are urgently requested to pay the parental contribution before a certain date,” says the councilor. “So this is against the law. It also concerns an amount of 450 euros.” According to GroenLinks, this concerns the School for Personal Education (SvPO).
