(Finance) – Excellent debut on the stock market for Generalfinance, a company active in the financial sector and specialized in “tailor-made” loans for businesses and factoring operations. Its shares, which are currently trading at a price of € 7.26 up by 0.83% on the placement price of € 7.2, they landed today on the market Euronext Milan to the STAR segment.
Generalfinance’s is the first admission of 2022 on this segment of the stock market. Its entry brings the number of companies currently listed on to 74 Euronext STAR Milan.

Banca Akros also acts as sponsor for the purposes of the Listing. Intesa Sanpaolo – IMI Corporate and Investment Banking will also act as Equity specialist. The legal advisors appointed by the Company are Bonelli Erede, for the aspects of Italian law, and DLA Piper for the aspects of US and English law. Linklaters acts as legal advisor to the Joint Global Coordinators and Co-Lead Managers. Grimaldi Studio Legale acts as legal advisor to the shareholder GGH.
