For the area in Utrecht Southwest, 71.7 million will be made available for 6,200 homes in Papendorp, Groenewoud and Kanaleneiland. With that money, for example, a ‘parking hub’ with 2000 places will be built in Papendorp, bicycle connections will be made to improve traffic flow and 2000 extra bicycle parking spaces will be built at the Central Station on the Jaarbeurs side.
