The reigning sprint world champion Isac von Krusenstierna is not on the team.
– He does not fit into the relay team as it is now, it is so hard. He has not run a competition yet, says national team captain Kalle Dalin to TT.
24-year-old von Krusenstierna has had an injured pre-season and missed the World Cup premiere in Borås. As reigning champion, however, he has a free place for the individual races.
Sweden is the reigning champion after Tove Alexandersson, Emil Svensk, Gustav Bergman and Sara Hagström took home the gold last year.
