Membership in this network allows access to data, know-how and insights, strengthening collaboration and a common vision on innovation with a “hands on” and data-driven approach
The airports they represent in fact fundamental economic engines and play a crucial role in restoring global connectivity and the confidence of travelers.
All members of the network have already put in place various innovative initiatives in terms of “Call for ideas”with the involvement of start-ups and physical incubators dedicated to innovation
The four actors involved in the Network represent about 15% of European traffic. In particular the organization will represent 50 airports at a European level, with the aim of identifying solutions whose scalability can involve a larger group of airports focused on the centrality of the experience of their passengers. Indeed, Airports for Innovation aims to be an “open platform” for sharing knowledge, insights, KPIs, start-ups and best practices, in which other airports are invited to participate.
