It is the company Länsmusiken i Örebro AB that has violated the Procurement Act. The company bought hotel rooms in Örebro for visiting musicians at a cost of SEK 2 million over a two-year period.
The company also bought technology services for close to SEK 2.5 million. None of this was procured.
– It was wrong. I can see that very clearly, says Beryl Lunder, CEO of Länsmusiken in Örebro to P4 Örebro.
She states that the company must take measures to prevent something similar from happening again.
