Two Swedish men were captured and tortured on the Spanish sunny coast.

Four men are convicted of involvement in the murder of a Swedish man in 2018. One of them is convicted of murder while the other three are convicted of aiding and abetting when they tried to help the killer escape after the act, reports Diario Sur.
In August 2018, the police were alerted to a home between Malaga and Marbella. An injured man had managed to escape to a neighbor and sounded the alarm.
Got tied up and beaten
It turned out that two Swedish men in their 30s had been tricked into the home and then captured. There, they were subjected to torture-like violence, according to the verdict. The men were beaten and tied up. One of them was taken to a bathroom where he was beaten and strangled. He was shot to death with seven shots, according to the prosecutor’s description.
The other man, who testified under cover, was taken to another room and severely beaten. He made an escape attempt, but was discovered and captured again and dragged back to the house. Then he was stabbed for several minutes. At a later time, he managed to get rid of the tapes, flee to the neighboring house and get help there by sounding the alarm to the police.
Linked to drug trafficking
Three other men are convicted of helping the killer try to escape. They were stopped and arrested in a car on the highway. According to the prosecutor’s suspicion, the men must have tried to get on a ferry that was to depart for Morocco.
The killer has admitted that he killed the Swedish man and stated that he carried out the torture with the help of a group of other men who were not named, writes Diario Sur.
A total of eight people have been arrested in connection with the investigation, two of them in Sweden. The case is suspected to be linked to drug trafficking and money laundering.
The court has not yet presented what penalties the men will be sentenced to.
