Whether you want to immerse yourself in the world of fashion to get started in turn, or simply want to learn more to understand its inner workings, there is no better subject than podcasts. To listen in the subway on the way to the office, at breakfast, while walking the dog or while jogging.

“Talking about beautiful and well done things in the field of fashion and beauty“: this is how our ex-collaborator Mitia Bernetel and Pauline Arnal, editor-in-chief of Stylistdescribe their podcast. In each of the episodes (around thirty minutes long), the duo gives a voice to those who act for better consumption.
- What do we learn there? Daphné Moreau (alias Mode & The City), influencer and creator of the Solstice brand, spoke in particular about entrepreneurship, and her ambition to combine “doing better” and “looking good”.

Septem Club
Initially, Septem was a ready-to-wear brand. Driven by the desire to go further in its approach to supporting women, its creator Jessica Troisfontaine launched the Septem Club, a podcast that gives voice to entrepreneurs, journalists, philosophers and even creators.
- What do we learn there? The journey of women with different profiles, through testimonials intended to inspire and push each of us to pursue our wildest dreams. This is particularly the case of Sixtine, former artistic director converted into a tarologist and holistic therapist.

Fashion no Filter
Because fashion news deserves to be deciphered, influencers Monica Ainley and Camille Charrière make it a point of honor to attach particular importance to it, accompanied by personalities from the sector. Among their guests, influencer and designer Jenny Walton, tagwalk founder Alexandra van Houtte and Clara Cornet, in charge of Instagram’s fashion partnerships.
- What do we learn there? In each episode, the duo choose a topic inherent in the industry, invite speakers specializing in their fields and organize the discussion around key points. Among the themes already discussed: creativity during confinement, Danish clothing style or the circular economy.

Entrepreneurship in fashion
“Every Friday I share the tools, methods and key learnings of a successful entrepreneur“: these are the words of Adrien Garcia to define his podcast – probably one of the most interesting in terms of entrepreneurship. To get a broad idea of the subject, he goes to meet, for each episode, an actor key to various fields (fashion, beauty, but also the hotel industry).
- What do we learn there? More than 300 episodes have already been released, and give the floor to, among others: Eléonore Baudry, president of Figaret, Frédérique Picard, CEO of Carel, Barbara Quaranta, CEO of Roseanna or even Mathilde Lacombe, co-founder of Aime Skincare.

Dior (Dior Stories / Dior Talks / Dior Common Thread / Dior Tales …)
In recent years, fashion houses have also been on the podcast train. This is particularly the case with Dior, which offers several series to discover the history of the brand born in 1947.
- What do we learn there? Everything about the house. In several episodes of Dior Talksa cross-discussion between Maria Grazia Chiuri, the artistic director of the house, and Justine Picardie, journalist and writer who has just signed Miss Diorthe biography of Caroline, Christian Dior’s sister, focuses on the notions of feminism and heritage for the brand.

Atelier Balmain
In this series of podcasts, the house evokes the events that marked the history of Balmain, a label that has tracked 75 years.
- What do we learn there? Olivier Rousteing, the artistic director of the label, is at the helm and gives the floor to current authors, but also historians, fashion critics and entertainment players. On the strength of their success, these conversations (lasting from 30 minutes to an hour) will be broken down into a second season.

New model
Chloé Cohen has more than one string to her bow: committed woman, entrepreneur, stylist, activist and model. With New Model, she can add “podcast creator” to her field of expertise.
- What do we learn there? Here, the young woman talks about committed and responsible fashion, feminism, the environment and human rights. On the program: conversations around various themes, such as “How to create an engaged brand?“, with Charlotte Dereux from Patine and Thibault Ledunois from Ethiwork.

Cast
Designed by Nicolas Bianciotto and Sonia Zmihi, Cast is the very first French podcast to shed light behind the scenes of fashion and the world of modeling. Together, they question profiles that are all very different from each other, and highlight their extraordinary backgrounds.
- What do we learn there? In particular told their story at the microphone of the duo: Saif Mahdhi, the guardian angel of the models, Moriba Koné, creative director and DJ or Yann Turchi, hairdresser.

Presented by Jennifer Padjemi, this podcast explores the representation of bodies and beauties in today’s world – including fashion.
- What do we learn there? To make peace with your plate, to demystify the Parisienne and how brands dictate our codes. In each episode, the journalist receives authors, authors, artists and witnesses, to dive deep into these social issues.

Cloth
Over the course of the episodes, Valérie Tribes analyzes and deconstructs our relationship to fashion, and more particularly to clothing. To do this, she goes to meet men and women, known or not, from different backgrounds. All with an offbeat tone.
