The accident occurred just south of Axberg, north of Örebro.
– It is a cyclist who has been hit by a motorist. It must have been a low speed. The cyclist is awake and talkative, but remains on the spot. Two ambulances have been called out, one of them has just arrived. The police and rescue service are also on their way to the scene, says Nina Begallo at SOS-Alarm, who is responsible for the Bergslagen rescue region at 10.40.
At 11 o’clock, SOS stated that a woman had been taken to hospital by ambulance.
According to the police, the cause of the accident is unclear. Interrogations will be held with the people in the car.
