Utrecht – The Utrecht daycare center Ludens is struggling with such large staff shortages that the childcare facility will be scaled down next summer. A letter to the parents whose children are at the Aspelin location, in the Lombok district, states that a so-called ‘closing carousel’ will be introduced in July and August.
