Instead, Farhiya Feysal believes that one should take a tougher line outside the suburbs where much of the drug sales take place.
– Visitation zones, harsher punishments … Why can there not be harsher punishments for those who consume drugs? It is the one that finances indirectly for fatal shootings, weapons and other things, she says.
Mauricio: “More or less ghetto”
Mauricio Robleto Abaunza often sees open drug trafficking in his residential area. He believes that one solution is more camera surveillance and harsher punishments to increase security in certain suburbs that he believes are being transformed into ghettos.
– Now it’s time, because society is changing in an absolutely incredible way, he says.
