“The tension is full, you notice that in everything”, says coach Peter Adema when the tournament has just started. “This is quite an event of course. I am more than proud.” He started coaching the team at the request of his eldest daughter. “He asked me ‘Daddy, this is the last time we participate in the school football tournament. Would you like to coach?’ Of course I couldn’t say no to that,” says Peter Adema. According to the coach, girls’ football is getting better and better. “Also because of the orange lionesses. I definitely think it’s important.”
