The Warriors won their seventh championship in history on Friday. For star player Stephen Curry, the championship was the fourth of his career.

The Golden State Warriors have won the NBA basketball championship. The Warriors defeated the Boston Celtics 103-90 in the sixth final and outperformed 4-2 in the match series.

The championship is the seventh in Golden State’s club history. The previous championship was seen in 2018, and earlier this club celebrated the championship in 2015 and 2017.

In the decisive final, the Warriors took a break in the lead with a score of 54-39. Boston took the third quarter by five points, but in the final quarter, the Warriors left Boston with no chance.

Golden State star player Stephen Curry moved to tears from his fourth championship, and Curry sank to the surface after the final whistle.

Curry was the most powerful team on his team. He bagged 34 points, took seven rebounds and gave seven assists to the basket. Curry was also selected as the most valuable player in the finals.

“I’m so proud of this group,” Curry said emotionally, according to Reuters.

– At the beginning of the season, no one thought we would be here except all of us on this field.

The win is a major turnaround for the Warriors, as the injured group was left out of the playoffs for the past two years. This year, however, the Warriors returned to the championship stand.

– We were so far away, Curry said.

– We reached the bottom in terms of injuries. There was a long way to go as we tried to fill the right places and the right guys. This can never be taken for granted, as it is never known when you will get back here.
