Some fallen trees are also blooming again. “As people, we tend to steer nature, of course we partly do that, but I also think it’s important to let nature do its work itself. Nature is very resilient. There is already plenty of green on the storm plain. A number of trees that have fallen, but still have their roots in the ground, are now blooming again. There was still a lot of power in that. That is very special to see as a forester. It will be another 100 years before the forest is somewhat like what it once was.”
