(Finance) – JonixInnovative SME and Benefit Company specialized in NTP technology for indoor air sanitization, on 10 June 2022 purchased 30% of the share capital of Joinlux and signed an exclusive distribution agreement for all Jonix products that can be used for sanitization / sanitation of domestic environments to retailers who sell home furnishings and furnishing accessories as well as household appliances.
Established with a fully paid-up share capital of € 10,000, Joinlux is held 65% by Franco Sabbadin and 5% by Matteo Franzolin, general manager of CBELUX; the purchase of 30% took place at nominal value.
Joinlux will distribute Jonix products using a national distribution network as well as the organization of CBELUX, a company wholly owned by SabbaFin.
The governance of Joinlux also provides for the entry of Mauro Mantovan to the Board of Directors, as well as certain rights to protect the minority shareholding of Jonix
