A 20-year-old man is facing an impaired driving charge after Chatham-Kent emergency services responded to a single vehicle crash late Friday afternoon.
Chatham-Kent police said the vehicle left the road and damaged a utility pole.
The accused was arrested at the scene for impaired driving and following a breath analysis, it was determined he had a blood-alcohol level exceeding the legal limit, police said.
He was released with a future short date.
Failing to comply
