It was 21.21 when the police received an assault alarm from a grocery store on Strandgatan. A perpetrator had entered the store with a weapon-like object, robbed the store and threatened several people while fleeing. According to the police, no one was injured.
Tips from the public led police to a cemetery near the store. There, the perpetrator was arrested a few minutes after the alarm. The person was wearing a weapon-like object but also a sharp object, a spray and a quantity of coins.
The man is suspected of aggravated robbery and several cases of aggravated unlawful threats.
