An American actress star Brad Pitt has sued his ex-wife Angelina Jolien the damage caused by the wine trade, says the British Broadcasting Corporation BBC (switch to another service).
According to documents seen by the PA news agency, Jolie is accused of “causing harm to Pitt.” The couple bought the Chateau Miraval farm in the south of France in 2008.
In January 2021, Jolie had sold her share of the space to a Russian oligarch To Yuri Shefler. According to Pitt’s lawyers, Jolie had known Shefler’s companies were “trying to take over the business and undermine Pitt’s investment.” Lawyers want to take a case to a judge for a decision.

Actress Pitt and Jolie married on a vineyard in 2014. Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in 2016.
Pitt sued Jolie in February this year. It was said at the time that the couple would have agreed that their own share could not be sold without the consent of the other.
