– We have had about 300 children registered in advance, and it usually doubles during the day depending on the weather, says Mikael Larsson, project manager at IF Göta Karlstad who arranges the event.
Both the mini-race for ages 7-12 and the mini-race for ages 0-6 have been on hiatus since 2019.
– Now it’s great to have them back, says Mikael Larsson.
For the big race that took place in the afternoon, just over 1300 participants were registered.
