A person in India divorced his wife. However, the grounds for divorce were neither seen nor heard. Because the man divorced his wife on the grounds that she only prepared noodles for him at every meal.

According to The New Indian Express (TNIE), the lawsuit, dubbed the “Maggi case” for using Maggi brand noodles, was heard in court in Ballari, Karnataka state, India.
Judge ML Raghunath stated that the divorce case was filed by the man and stated that his wife did not know how to prepare any other meal other than instant Maggi noodles for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The judge confirmed that the couple had an uncontested divorce.
SIMILAR CASES HAVE OCCURRED
According to the Times of India, similar cases have occurred in Mysuru, Karnataka.
A husband filed for divorce from his wife, alleging that he did not choose the color of the suit correctly.
Another man went to court to separate from his wife, whom he accused of adding too much salt to the food. (AA)
