Xiaomi has launched its new flagship phones in China for now. While wondering when the Xiaomi 12 family will go out of China and be offered for sale in the global market, a source of leaks made a striking claim.
XIAOMI MADE DATE FOR THE GLOBAL RELEASE OF 12
A famous leakster has suggested that the Xiaomi 12 series will launch in markets outside of China at the end of February or the beginning of March.
Xiaomi’s previous generation flagship Mi 11 series was launched in China in late December 2020 and launched to global markets on February 8, 2021.
If the claim is true, there will be a small delay in the launch of the Xiaomi 12 series to global markets compared to the Mi 11 series.
This is recorded as a negative development for consumers waiting for Xiaomi 12.
However, Xiaomi has not yet made an official statement on the subject.
XIAOMI 12 SERIES FEATURES AND PRICE
Although the global release date of the Xiaomi 12 series is not yet known for certain, the features of the phones are known in all its details thanks to the official introduction. To summarize, the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro models are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. The Xiaomi 12X is powered by the Snapdragon 870 processor. The most advanced model of the series is the Xiaomi 12 Pro, which offers a QHD + screen, 120W fast charging and 50 MP triple camera system.
The Xiaomi 12X is priced at 3,199 yuan (about $502), the Xiaomi 12 is priced at 3,699 yuan (about $581) and the Xiaomi 12 Pro is listed at 4,699 yuan (about $738).
