A large rescue operation is underway in Hässelby farm in western Stockholm after a woman fell from the third floor. Police, ambulance and rescue services were called to the address early shortly after seven o’clock on Saturday morning.
– We received several calls from witnesses who have seen the whole event or parts of it, says police spokesman Ola Österling.
The police have arrested an adult man who was in the apartment and a criminal investigation entitled attempted murder has been initiated.
The injured woman was taken by ambulance helicopter to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The police can not yet say anything if there were more people in the apartment or about the relationship between the injured woman and the arrested man.
– We are investigating what relationship they have, and if they have a relationship.
