The editors of RTV Utrecht recently noticed that more and more garbage trucks from the municipality of Utrecht are of the new Iveco S-Way type. For this, the municipality drove Iveco’s of the Stralis type. Both vehicles are equipped with an installation for CNG, compressed natural gas, or fossil natural gas under high pressure. Natural gas is not emission-free, and when burned, it emits CO2, nitrogen and particulate matter, among other things. The municipality confirms the purchase of the new model, and reports that the last of the ten Ivecos ordered was delivered this week.
