DELTA FESTIVAL. From June 29 to July 3, 2022, the Marseille Delta Festival is renewed for a seventh season. Sean Paul, PNL, Hatik or The Avener… Discover the program.

It seems that a festive spirit is settling on the beaches of the Prado… Musical rendezvous of the summer, the Delta Festival, created in 2015, is about to experience a new edition full of emotions. It must be said that it is an unmissable event in Marseille: 180,000 festival-goers gather on the 8 hectares of the Prado beaches for a big eco-responsible party. From June 29 to July 3, 2022, come relax and let yourself be surprised by an eclectic program.

The stages of the Delta Festival are primarily intended to mix well-known and up-and-coming artists. The festival is indeed setting up the Tremplin Delta in which a hundred artists from all over France compete to obtain the grail: a place on the main stage this summer.

For this seventh edition of the Delta Festival, 200 artists will meet you on the 5 stages of the event, which will therefore be held from Wednesday June 29, 2022 to Sunday July 3, 2022. Five days of celebration and music, which will thrill the Prado beaches in Marseille!

In 2022, the Delta Festival team has seen the big picture and the Prado beaches will welcome international artists such as Carl Cox, Sean Paul, Marten Hørger or Deborah De Luca. Resolutely, the key word for this season is diversity… lulled by good music that warms hearts. Diversity both by the programming of artists and by the musical genre (rap, electro, dancehall and R&B), it is the festival of “all together”.

On the program: 5 musical stages with more than 250 artists, 8 themed villages, activities at sea and on the sand, thrill rides, table football and 600 actors engaged to create 5 unique days. This summer, for its 7th edition, the Delta Festival is repeating the experience and setting up its towel (and not only…) on the Prado beaches. Here are the names of the artists that should not be missed:

Delta Festival headliners

  • SeanPaul: he perfectly mixes dancehall, R&B and rap to create worldwide hits. Sean Paul is the essential artist of this season. With Temperature and Get Busy, he managed to mark the industry. In recent years he has collaborated with SIA on Cheap Thrills and Give It Up To Mebut also with Dua Lipa, J Balvin, Steve Aoki and Dj Snake.
  • Carl Cox : Ibiza loves it, the renowned DJ Carl Cox makes a quick stop in Marseille. Genius of techno and acid house, Carl Cox is a reference in the field. He is one of the first to have made dance music and he will be a guide. He is the most emblematic figure of electro music.
  • NLP : this is THE duo of French rappers that everyone is waiting for. After visiting Paris and climbing to the top of the Eiffel Tower, Ademo and NOS stop by the beaches of Marseille. With hits like To SD Where The world or nothingyou can’t miss PNL at the Delta Festival!
  • Riles : little genius of rap, Rilès knew how to stand out from his counterparts with a mixture of rap and hip-hop of which he alone has the secret. He became known with Pesetas and Should I and since then he has continued to develop his career. It was in 2019 that he collaborated with Snoop Dogg in the clip of Marijuana. In short, an essential artist!
  • Deborah deLuca : probably the best known techno DJ in the world. Deborah de Luca enchants her audience with her unique sets, fresh and charged with electricity. A true icon of social networks, with her 1.8 million followers to prove it, she has managed to make a name for herself thanks to her selfies and by making the biggest international scenes vibrate.
  • Polo & Pan : French electro music is in the spotlight with this unique duo, Polo & Pan. You probably know them without knowing it! With their very particular style organizing the meeting of electro with tropical and world music, it is one of the most innovative electro groups of this line-up. As an example, they notably remixed last summer’s hit: Ani Kuni.
