(Finance) – Banca Carige has communicated that they have been filed the lists of candidates for the appointment of the board of directors on the agenda of the shareholders’ meeting called for June 15, 2022. The list presented by Interbank Deposit Protection Fund, owner of a 79.418% stake in the share capital, includes: Gianni Franco Papa, Roberto Ferrari, Elvio Sonnino, Mirca Marcelloni, Sabrina Bruno, Paola Demartini, Miro Fiordi, Gaudiana Giusti, Francesco Micheli. The list presented by Cassa Centrale Bancaowner of an investment equal to 5.915% of the capital, is made up of Diego Schelfi.
The Interbank Deposit Protection Fund has also asked to determine the number of members at nine of the board of directors of the Ligurian bank.
