The victim was spotted yesterday around 2 p.m. on his mobility scooter on the way to Utrecht. The man was hit by a small blue car near Utrecht. The suspects, who have now been arrested, forced the 94-year-old man to drive to his house in Hilversum to pick up his debit card.
