According to a survey by the website intelligent.com of around 1,000 US company executives, one thing is particularly disturbing: the behavior of young people who belong to Gen Z. 9 out of 10 want people to complete 20 etiquette courses between start and finish.
What exactly is Gen Z? They are also called Zoomers and were born between 1996 and 2012. Before that come the Millennials or Generation Y from 1980. The baby boomers began their life in the post-war period. 1965 to 1979 is the birth period of Generation X. Anyone who first saw the light of day in 2012 or later belongs to Generation Alpha.
