The aloe vera

It is essential to expose it to the light direct from Sun and protect it from the cold winter.

Mint

Mint, ideal for pains stomach, is also a tonic with calming effects. At any time of the year, get an earthen pot whose bottom will be filled with gravel, then with a mixture of peat and potting soil. Mint prefers partial shade, do not expose it to direct sunlight.

Sage

Did you know that the word sage means “to be healthy”? To benefit from its benefits relaxing, you must plant it in clay soil. It should be put on the balcony in a place that is almost always sunny.

parsley

Chamomile reduces anxiety and regulates heart problems. A word of advice: it should always be planted in summer, at the hottest time, with a portion of black soil and sand to facilitate water drainage. Then, store it in a place of the house where there is light, without exaggeration.

The Basilic

the basilnatural antispasmodic, relieves gastric problems dailies. It has properties anti-inflammatories. Placed on a balcony or indoors, this aromatic plant loves sunlight but not its burns. It must keep a clod always moist. Very fragrant, it is used fresh and raw, just after cutting it.

dill

L’dill, which has diuretic and antiemetic properties, is used in cooking and in infusion. With fine, airy foliage, this southern plant loves the sun and needs heat. Place it away from wind and, if possible, in the ground, but it is also grown in pots in a mixture of sand and compost.
